A pioneer in watersports, in the last 30 years BIC Sport has managed to democratize the windsurf, surfboard and more recently the stand-up-paddle. It is the only manufacturer to have conserve its production site in Europe.
Created in 1979, the subsidiary of BIC began by the industrialization of windsurfs. Going from success to success, the brand has always known how to adapt to market trends. Today the company supplies a large part of French surf schools with their boards.
Bic Sport’s ERP Project
As a customer of isatech since 2000, BIC Sport first used our Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP(ex navision). With strong growth, product diversification and conquest of new markets and sectors, the company had to rethink its IT system.
The company which has ever increasing exports (production 95% in France), followed our advice and in 2012 opted for a more complete solution, oriented towards multi-site and cross channel management to optimize its workflows. The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX (ex axapta) bears witness to the trust BIC Sport places in our partnership based on results, quality and innovation.
